Our experience of making horn speakers is so rich that as long as the general customers tell us the need of equipment and power, we can make a qualified sample out according to customer requirements. So from what aspects should we determine a horn speaker to be qualified?Let's analyze one by one:
1. Size
The horn speakers for sale can be basically divided into four kinds of comparative sizes: round, square, oval shape, rectangle. The round shape is fixed by glue and the card slot, so as long as it does not exceed the diameter of card slot, there is basically no problem. The remaining three types are a bit more troublesome. Generally, a front and side drawing of a product must be issued so that the horn speakers produced in this way has a smaller tolerance and is easy to install. Regardless of the shape of the horn speakers, the plus-minus tolerance doesn't exceed 1mm to meet the size.
2. Power
Because the horn speakers made by horn loudspeaker manufacturers are used for different purposes, the power requirements are also different. The power requirements of car speakers and audio speakers are relatively higher; while ordinary telephones, radios and other equipment require the lower power. High-power requirements will be made of high-temperature resistant aluminum film materials to avoid burning out the speakers; low-power requirements will be made of ordinary paper tubes.
3. The resonance frequency Fo
The horn speakers' accessories also affect the level of Fo. If Fo is too high, the bass of the speaker will not come out. This situation is especially obvious on the audio. How to reduce the Fo value of the speaker? If you change the frame window to a larger size, the Fo value will be lowered, in this way the bass of the speaker will come out and the sound effect will be better.
4. The DB value
DB value is the sensitivity, which is mainly affected by the material and size of the magnet. The outer magnet is divided into two types of magnets, Y25 and Y30 magnets, and the inner magnet is divided into N35 and N38 magnets. In the case of the same size, the DB value made by Y30 is higher than made by Y25, and the DB value made by N38 is also higher than made by N35.
